Booking / Cancellation - Procedure - Guidelines

Vanamala is not a hotel or a resort. It is home away from home. We invite you as guests to share our home. We therefore request you to stay as guest and treat this as your home. You will be assisted in this, by our caregivers. Please treat them as we do – as part of your family. Please leave anything you use in the same place you find it. We at Vanamala, assure you of our best services, we modestly, draw your attention to the fact that Vanamala farm is an off beat location aimed at the nature lovers, ‘tranquil- trailers’, ‘getaway- seekers’, ideally in small groups. We strive to offer you all the essential comforts and best of courtesy. What we offer you is good clean stay, comfort of a home and courtesy of a conscientious host. We will find it hard put to offer loud revelry and noise and party. We aim to provide pleasant, eco friendly environment and very local ambience. To ensure in achieving this goal, Vanamala is a NO ALCOHOL NO NICOTINE home. We do not permit consumption of any of these and other restricted items in the entire farm premises. We request you to respect these house guidelines and honor it. Please try to segregate your waste and deposit them in the appropriate pit in the backyard. If you’re non recyclable waste is carried back to a place for formal disposal, even better. Please understand our constraints and join hands with us in making it a memorable incident. We will, with your co-operation, spare no efforts in making your stay with us comfortable and one you would cherish.

Accommodation:

All our Rooms are designed to accommodate 2 adults comfortably.

In some rooms, we can accommodate one or two extra guests. We limit the number of guests only to ensure your comfort.

Child above the age of 8 years is considered as an extra person.

For extra persons, we provide additional beds, limited to 4 at a time.

Booking Procedure:

Check-Out time is flexible. But kindly give us the time in advance so that we can keep the room ready. Kindly inform the arrival time at the time of making the booking.

To confirm and block the rooms, 50% of the tariff has to be paid in advance. Payment can be made by Credit Cards, Bank Transfer or Cash, Which can be deposited to our account given in the website.

Guests are requested to inform us by mail after making any mode of payment.

On receipt of the payment, you will receive a confirmation mail within 24 to 48 hours, which is the proof of your confirmation. Please bring your identity document when you come for stay to identify your booking.

Telephone / Oral booking is not final unless it is followed by an identity verified mail exchange.

Amendment or Cancellation of your booking should be intimated by mail. Such amendment or Cancellation will attract following retention charges.

The farm reserves the right to update / modify Tariff / Package rates / Package Offers without prior notice. We hope your stay at Vanamala is memorable. We hope that you will come as our guest and leave as our friends. We hope that you will be our brand ambassadors to all our potential guests.
